TSATA Delegated Authority Form Update

In response to the language utilized in HB 2512, an updated Delegated Authority  form  has been developed.  The sample form can be adapted by the athletic trainer and supervising physician under which they will be practicing.  The goal is that the Delegated Authority form, often called Standing Orders, provides a clear delineation of each athletic trainer's practice.
