TSATA Legislative Success Featured in the NATA News

The successful accomplishments of the TSATA Governmental Affairs Committee led charge to update the Texas Practice Act is featured in the October NATA News alongside stories from other states.  In the article, Dennis Hart, LAT, ATC, notes that the committee twice a year beginning in 2017 to start the push and despite the opposition it was met with in 2021, the bill was able to find approval this year.  This accomplishment comes after garnering the support from not only athletic trainers across the state but national leadership as well.
